OVERVIEW
ARISE currently supports two types of email notifications. These alerts help you stay updated on key account activities without needing to manually log in or check reports. Each notification type is triggered by a specific event and includes relevant transaction or settlement details.
NOTIFICATION DETAILS
ARISE notifications include:
Batch Settlement Report
Sent when a settlement batch is completed. This email provides a summary of all Captured and Refunded card transactions, net amounts, and a breakdown by processing type, card brand, and payment source. Attachments support reporting and reconciliation needs.

Transaction Received
Sent in real time when a transaction is submitted through any supported ARISE method (e.g., Terminal, Virtual Terminal, Invoice, Quick Payment, Subscription, or API).

Note: Only Merchant Managers can configure which portal users receive notifications; staff users cannot modify their own notification preferences
