Overview
Notifications in ARISE provide real-time email alerts for important account activity, such as customer transactions and daily batch settlements. Notifications help you stay informed and take timely action without needing to log in and manually check reports.
Notification Delivery
Notifications are currently sent by email and include:

Key details such as transaction amounts, IDs, and settlement summaries

Direct links to view full reports or receipts within ARISE

Attachments (when applicable), such as PDFs or CSV files for easy access
Types of Events You’ll Receive Notifications For

Batch Settlement Report | Summary of completed batch settlement, including transaction counts, sales, refunds, and net amounts | PDF and CSV |
Transaction Received | Notification sent when a transaction is submitted via any supported ARISE method (Terminal, Virtual Terminal, Invoice, Quick Payment, Subscription, or API) | None |
Note: Attachments such as CSV files are provided for merchants who prefer to review data in spreadsheets or third-party applications.
